Convert mails in Thunderbird format

My Thunderbird stores mails in the mbox-format. All the mails in one file, comparable to Outlook's pst format. I now use an add-in: https://addons.mozilla.org/nl/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/
and with that I can convert all mails in a submap to pdf's. I would like to do it with your product.
