Attempting to convert from Thunderbird, the locator panel doesn't find the relevant folder where you know the emails are filed however much you try. Unsurprisingly a dialog appears saying you need an App that will solve the problem but there is no link or other way of finding this App. If you are trying to save or migrate your emails from Thunderbird in any format this is not the program for you. Do not be put off trying other programs in spite of the 'review' on the CoolUtils webpage for this program.
